Doula Support

PRENATAL SUPPORT

i offer 2 prenatal visits as part of my support package. The first visit is around 28 weeks and the second at 36 weeks. During this time we will discuss pregnancy education, birth choices/preferences, labor preparation, baby positioning, comfort measures, and postpartum preparation. We will also spend time navigating past birth trauma and/or any fears you may have surrounding labor and birth.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT

with my services, you will have unlimited access to text/phone support for any questions, concerns, or guidance you may need throughout pregnancy and leading up to labor.

LABOR SUPPORT

My on call period for clients begins at 37 weeks. I will be by my phone around the clock ready to join and support you in person. I will be by your side during the duration of your labor offering emotional and physical support. I also strive to support your birth partner as well, helping them be as involved as you both would like.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

I offer one, 2-3 hour postpartum visit anywhere from 5-7 days postpartum. At this visit I am here to help you navigate postpartum healing, offer breastfeeding support (i am not a lactation consultant, i can refer you to a local ibclc if needed/if you wish), discuss newborn care, and help you emotionally navigate your new life. I will also give you a chance to dicuss and process your birth story.
