Expanded support designed to meet your needs with care and intention, including thoughtful extras to comfort and guide you through birth and postpartum.
Includes:
• 2 prenatal visits + 1 additional postpartum preparation session
• Continuous labor & birth support
• Immediate postpartum support (up to 4 hours after birth)
• 2 postpartum visits (2 hours each)
• Custom Labor Snack Pack
• Herbal sitz bath or postpartum care kit
• Postpartum tea + tea gift basket

All-Inclusive Package

Gentle, wholehearted support for families who want care that truly surrounds them through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.
Includes:
• 2 prenatal visits + 1 postpartum prep session
• Continuous labor & birth support
• Immediate postpartum support (up to 4 hours after birth)
• 3 postpartum visits
 – 2 visits (2 hours each) with postpartum tea
 – 1 “Day or Night of Care” visit (6 hours of hands-on postpartum support)

• Herbal Sitz Bath/Postpartum Care Kit

Virtual Doula Support Package

Perfect for families outside my service area or those who prefer virtual care.
Includes:
• 2 virtual prenatal visits (birth preferences, partner prep, postpartum planning)
• On-call labor support via text, phone & video from 37 weeks through birth
• Real-time virtual support during labor (continuous or check-ins)
• 1 virtual postpartum visit (feeding, recovery, newborn care guidance)
• Optional tea sampler mailed before due date

Pay What You Can Package

No one should have to go without support during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum because of cost. This package allows families facing financial hardship to access compassionate doula care at a rate that works best for them.

Includes:
• 1–2 prenatal visits (virtual or in-person) tailored to your needs
• Continuous labor & birth support
• Immediate postpartum support (up to 2–4 hours after birth, depending on availability)
• 1 postpartum visit (optional, up to 2 hours)
• Text & phone support throughout pregnancy and early postpartum

How It Works:
You decide what you are able to invest. Suggested range: $500–$1,000, but any amount is welcome. My goal is to make doula care accessible while ensuring I can continue supporting families with integrity and attention.
