Life after birth is full of joy, wonder, and big adjustments - it can also be exhausting, isolating and overwhelming. A postpartum doula is a trained professional who supports you and your family during this extremely delicate and life changing time. My goal as your postpartum doula is to offer emotional guidance, practical help, and hands-on newborn care.
Postpartum doula services can include:
Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle-feeding guidance)
Newborn care education and hands-on help
Emotional support for the ups and downs of early parenthood
Light household tasks or meal prep to give you space to rest
Guidance and reassurance for partners navigating the transition
